All our apartments have high-class anti-burglary doors.
All apartments in apartments buildings are equipped with the latest generation Gerda Tedee smart locking system. This minimises the risk of burglary while the Tedee system ensures that the door can be opened only with a personalized coded key on your phone. The main advantages are:
- Only the current tenants have access to the apartment and the rooms in it. No person using a duplicate key or no previous tenant can enter the apartment.
- After the tenant leaves/enters, the door locks itself after 15 seconds. A flatmate who forgets to lock the door is no longer a problem.
- The landlord can open the apartment remotely and let the tenant in, which is convenient when moving in.
All appliances, new electrical installations and fire extinguishers in our apartments are new.
All our apartments are insured against fire, flood and theft.
