• Our All Inclusive Peace of Mind Package has one goal: to give our tenants the peace of mind, and consists of three pillars: Services, Deliveries, and Payments.

All-Inclusive Services:

• The common areas in our apartments, such as the kitchens, hallways, corridors and bathrooms, are cleaned once a week by our cleaning team. The cleaning includes mopping the floors, washing the worktop surfaces, kitchen cupboards and kitchen appliances, and cleaning toilet bowls, shower cabins, shower trays and wash basins. Thanks to the cleaning service we provide, our tenants do not need to do any heavy cleaning themselves and set and enforce a cleaning schedule. We leave this to our professionals.
• All apartment furnishings are subject to wear and tear and need to be repaired, refreshed or replaced so our technical team makes sure that all furnishings and equipment remain in the same good working order to be used by our tenants as if the apartment has just been renovated.

All-Inclusive Deliveries:

• To keep your apartment in the highest possible standard, we need a whole range of cleaning products and consumables such a toilet paper and paper towels just like a hotel. Thanks to All Inclusive Deliveries, our tenants do not need to buy them themselves, which eliminates the hassle of agreeing on what, when and where to buy and who pays for what. All cleaning supplies and consumables are provided by our teams. These supplies are used by our cleaning team, who clean the common areas, but are also available to our tenants for the ongoing maintenance of the common areas and their own rooms.
• The supplies include: floor cleaners, window cleaners, washing liquids for shower cabins, cleansing liquids for fittings, shower trays, toilet cleaners, and drain cleaning liquids. We also deliver toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquids, dishwasher tablets, dish sponges, rubber gloves, rubbish and hoover bags, and bathroom fragrances.

All-Inclusive Payments:

• Our contracts are simple and the rent includes all possible fees so as to avoid any problems and surprises about hidden costs.
• The following costs are included in one-month rent payment:
  • Room and common area rent
  • Building administration fees
  • Electricity charges
  • High speed internet access fees
  • Cable TV Golden Package fees
  • Garbage disposal fees
  • Charges for property taxes
  • Thermomix Cookidoo subscription fees
  • Charges for garage, parking or other spaces
  • Cost of All Inclusive Services – weekly cleaning and maintenance service
  • Cost of All Inclusive Deliveries – regular purchases and deliveries of all cleaning supplies and consumables
