Spokój (English: Peace of Mind) is a family-run company founded by Wojtek and Aleksandra Skalbani and part of Skalbani Holding. We invest in apartments and houses – we design, build, convert, renovate and furnish and decorate to rent them to satisfied clients, giving them the peace of mind to live comfortably.
We have built up a portfolio of more than 45 apartments and detached houses for renting purposes in great locations all around Warsaw and we continue to dynamically develop it both in Warsaw and in Warsaw suburban area.
Our rental property network includes mainly large, small and medium-sized apartments, but also standalone houses. In 2023, we will further expand our portfolio with commercial properties, which are currently in the design phase.

We ensure their peace of mind by guaranteeing the support of our cleaning team who keep all our facilities neat and tidy, our logistics team who deliver all the consumables, like toilet paper and paper towels, and all the cleaning products, as well as our technical team who will do all the emergency repairs within 24 hours of reporting.
