After you've had a good night's sleep, worked remotely in comfortable conditions and eaten well, it's time to get in shape. In our Baywatch Package we provide Home Gym equipment that will enable you to have your full body workout in your own room without going to the gym.
For starters, each of our rooms is equipped with an Exercise or Yoga mat.
In the common areas, you will find exercise equipment such as a Stepper with upper body exercise function similar to an elliptical trainer and a rack with a set of Dumbbells with weights ranging from 0.5kg to 5kg.
You will also find lighter equipment such as a set of Ankle weights, a set of Resistance bands, a set of Expanders, a set of Rollers, a Step platform as well as a Skipping rope and Push-Up Stands.
After exercising, in the bathroom you will find Bathroom Scales and a Hair Dryer.
