When designing the furnishings and fixtures for our properties, we focused on what their functions were and how they would be used by our future tenants. Then we thought ourselves and asked our existing tenants what would suit them best and what solutions would be best for their health, comfort, convenience, privacy, efficiency or simply for their well-being. By taking each of the functions, such as sleeping or working, apart into small details, we could choose the best possible fittings and furnishings to suit our tenants' needs.

Instead of 'going it the easy way' and 'doing things on the cheap' as common on the Polish rental market, we create spaces where we would not hesitate to house our own children.
